It is superb. Translations are a bit like asking yourself which shirt you are going to wear tonight. Depends on where you want to go, and what you think you are going to do when you get there. Even the old translations, like Pope's Iliad, old and creaky as they are, are wonderful in small doses when you are in the right mood.
